These days one can buy Star Wars storm trooper uniforms and Darth Vader helmets here and there but if one just happens to like the general style clothes in a movie most of the time one has to sew them by oneself. I think there should be a big market selling clothes inspired by movies. Clothes that bridge the gap between geek and sound. Take Luke Skywalkers white clothes in New Hope for example. It is basically a take on traditional Asian clothes, very similar to what one sees in Kung Fu movies. Couldn't there be a design based on this that would look good on a guy walking down Main Street as well? I mean, the damn suit has been with us since 1880s, isn't there time we open up our minds a bit when it comes to male fashion? Recommend this article...
