'So, your balls are sweaty because you've been overheating them for three weeks so you can't produce sperm?'

I imagine that this is something that a lot of men would keep quiet about. Not all "unplanned" pregnancies are quite so unplanned, and paternity can ruin a man's life. 
 
This is an opportunity for the man to take control.
