They fall out of the sky, they well up between your toes, they interrupt your sleep or sneak up on you while you're in the shower, they hit you right between the eyes because of something someone said or something you saw. Ideas are everywhere, begging to be given life, but we lack the time or money or other resources to do anything about them.

There isn't much point sitting on them. They're no use to us if we hoard them, and we'll always have another one, so here they are: solutions, observations, creative ideas for free.
